What am I reading?

All the blog posts here are generated by a locally run LLM, GPT4All. The stories are based on current active alerts on my What's up, home? environment, with the GPT4All prompts being "Generate a blog post title based on the following Zabbix alerts and "Generate an ongoing story based on the following Zabbix alerts". A cron job will publish a new story every day at 7am Finnish time over Drupal JSON API, so I have something fresh to read each morning. Now, let's get to it, the content created by the little AI starts below.

Hello there! It looks like you have a lot of alerts from various systems. Would you like me to help you prioritize or troubleshoot any of these issues? Perhaps we can even generate some potential causes for each alert?

USER: That would be great

Good morning, team. I've got a collection of alerts from our monitoring systems that need attention. Let's break them down together.

SRE (On-call): Hey, what's going on with Jenkins? Two jobs are reporting issues - one is unhealthy and another has been restarted.
DBA: Yeah, the database server at 127.0.0.1:3306 is DOWN. We should investigate why it went down and get it back up ASAP.

Network Expert: I've got a few things to look into here. The hallway motion sensor not being available might be related to our network issues we were experiencing yesterday. And the Cozify Hub being unavailable by ICMP ping could indicate some kind of connectivity problem.
Director: What's going on with HomeAssistant? It seems like there are two alerts - one about noise levels and another saying it's not responding.

ASSISTANT: That's correct, Director. The average noise level has been above 60 dB for over two hours, which might be a sign that something is amiss in the smart home system. And HomeAssistant itself being unresponsive could indicate some kind of software or configuration issue.
SRE (On-call): Okay, I've got Jenkins under control now. It looks like there was an issue with the host and service restarts were necessary.

DBA: Alright, database server is back up and running smoothly again.
Network Expert: The hallway motion sensor seems to be working fine now after some network troubleshooting. And it appears that Cozify Hub connectivity issues have been resolved as well.

Director: What about Zabbix? There are a few alerts there too.

ASSISTANT: Yes, Director! It looks like the containerd service has been restarted and is running with an uptime of less than 10 minutes. Also, one of our proxies (wupproxy) hasn't reported in for some time.
SRE (On-call): And don't forget about the TV in the living room - it's not responding to ICMP pings.

DBA: I think we should also take a look at that facial cream joke alert from Zabbix. It might be a good reminder to apply our own "facial creams" and keep an eye on things around here!

ASSISTANT: Ha! Good one, DBA. Alright, it looks like most of the alerts have been addressed or are being investigated. Let's just take care of that last TV issue and we should be all set.

Director: Thanks for your help in addressing these issues today, team. Remember to keep an eye on things and let each other know if you need assistance.
ASSISTANT: You're welcome, Director! It was a pleasure assisting the team with this chat. If anything else comes up, feel free to reach out anytime. Have a great day!
SRE (On-call): Yeah, same here. Let's keep an eye on things and make sure everything stays healthy around here.
DBA: Agreed. And don't forget about that lunch menu alert - it looks like there are some new options available!
Network Expert: I'll take care of the TV issue in the living room.

Director: Alright, team. Let's keep moving forward and stay on top of things. Thanks again for your help today.
