2. Story:
Janne was sitting in his living room, enjoying a relaxing evening at home after a long day of work. He had just settled into the couch with a glass of wine and his favorite book when he noticed something strange on his laptop screen. The Zabbix alerts popped up one by one:
Firstly, Firefox was not running on his laptop, which was quite unusual as Janne always kept it open for browsing during his free time. He tried to start the browser but realized that the Isolated Service process wasn't running either. This meant he couldn't use any of the internet-based services or applications.
Janne then checked the Zabbix server status and saw a funny message about him probably forgetting to apply facial cream, which made him chuckle despite his frustration with the laptop issues. He decided to take care of that before moving on to other tasks.
Next, he tried to ping the TV in the living room but got an ICMP error response, indicating it was unavailable for use at the moment. Janne thought maybe there was a problem with the connection or the device itself and made a mental note to check it later.
He then checked the Zabbix server status again and saw that his home scene had changed to "Away", which meant all the smart devices in his house were now considered unoccupied, possibly due to the laptop issues. Lastly, he noticed an alert about the living room air being dry, which was not surprising given the cold weather outside.
Janne decided to take a break from troubleshooting and went into the kitchen to get himself another glass of wine. He thought about how technology could be both helpful and frustrating at times but knew he would figure out these issues eventually. As he sipped his drink, he made a mental note to update Firefox and check on all the devices in the morning when he got home from work.
